Neutrals are players who aren't apart of the town or the Mafia
Common Win Conditions:
Neutral Benign - Must complete there objective before the game ends, wins with any team.
Neutral Evil - Cannot win with town, must see them die
Neutral Killers - Must kill town, mafia, cult and all other neutral killers, basically everyone but themselves.
Cult - Must kill neutral killers, mafia and town. Wins with Evils and Benign
